Caelestis - A god, a divine creature that is immortal and can never die. (This rank is for staff only!!)

Electin: The alpha of the pack. Two wolves share this rank and they are usually a mated pair, but that is not always the case. This rank is earned not taken.

Medi -The beta, or second in command of the pack. Like the alpha two wolves share this rank and are usual alpha, if the alpha dies, unless some unseen events prevent this.

Senex: Elders hold this rank. An elder is a wolf that was a Milede or a Venta and is now to old or injured to carry out the duties required for the rank.

Sequs - Usually around 3 per pack (2 mature Sequs and an apprentice. Currently Adair cannot have Fire or Air Sequs, and Riuna cannot have Earth or Water Sequs) Disciples of the gods, while any wolf can follow the god the Sequs have devoted themselves totally to one of the four gods. They can be told apart from most other wolves by their tell-tale markings, which are somewhere on their bodies, denoting the god they follow. Only a very few are born with the marking, all others go through a ritual in which it is stained into their fur permanently.

Milede: A warrior that hunts only for themselves. They are not required to feed the pack, but to protect and watch over the pack. Milede check the borders for any trespassers and go to meet any loners to take them to the Electin.

Venta: A guardian that protects the young and old during a camp invasion. The Venta also hunt for the whole pack and do not eat until everyone is fed. A Venta can join a group of Milede on guard duty if all their task are done for the day.


Veni - Youth, the future of the pack, and the pups. Pups choose at one year age if they want to be a Milede or Venta (Sequs apprentices are chosen by the Electin). For the next year, they train for their selected rank and by their second year they are tested to see if they are ready for the rank they have chosen. (Sequs study for two years)


Vagabond: A loner, an outcast. A loner has no loyalty to any pack and are normally hated by the packs. The packs are fearful of loners as they are not trusted. A loner can do anything without asking another wolf.
