If something is banned then you may not create it at the time being. If a banned wolf is created then your application will be over looked until that banned is lifted or if you have gotten special permission to make this type of character. If you want something that is on the ban list, please go to the "Need something?" thread to request what you want.

1) Pups that are strays under 4 months are always banned. They are too young to live by themselves and would die not long after being abandoned.
